The Breakthrough

Cronkdoo. A spot I go to every year. But never easy to get the composition and light right. With the old woody heather setting of the foreground, I had the shot lined up, but the conditions were never right. One final attempt before the heather fades was rewarded. I managed to get 2 shots when the sunlight broke through catching the far hillside and old cottage.
